Return and refund policy

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

If we ship the wrong item to you, we will either replace it with the correct item or refund the purchase price and arrange for the item to be collected from you.

If the item you receive is defective, we will either exchange it for a new one or refund the purchase price and arrange for the item to be collected from you.

If the item is damaged during delivery, we will either replace it with a new one or refund the purchase price and arrange for the item to be collected from you.

All refunds will be processed in AED using the original payment method used for the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

As all our products are made to order, cancellation of any order or item should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

If your order is ready to ship, we will refund 80% of the order value if the order is canceled.

To cancel your order or any part of it, email info@beink.org with your order number and details of the items you wish to cancel.

PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

Since each of our products is made to order, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund if you order the wrong size or product.

Any request for an exchange or refund is at our discretion. Requests for a product return should be made within 7 days of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@beink.org stating the reason for the return along with your original order number.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, and a member of our customer service team will contact you.

Custom-made goods and discounted items are exempt from being returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

PRODUCT RETURN REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 3 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Customers who paid by cheque or cash will be refunded within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@beink.org and send your item to: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

SHIPPING

To return a product, please send a request to info@beink.org. We will arrange for a representative to process the return at your doorstep.
